MultibeamSensorToLaserScan interface is the publisher for [[multibeamSensor]] inside [[rosInterfaces]] block. This interface publishes the readings of the sensor using  [http://docs.ros.org/api/sensor_msgs/html/msg/LaserScan.html ROS laser scan].

In order to add this interface the name of the sensor and a topic name are required.
