RangeSensorToROSRange interface is the publisher for [[rangeSensor]] inside [[rosInterfaces]] block. This interface publishes distance to the nearest obstacle of the sensor using [http://docs.ros.org/api/sensor_msgs/html/msg/Range.html ROS range messages].
